reaching out

Here are a few of the best resources (in my opinion) to fill your brain with all the knowledge and understanding:

NEABPD

National Institute of Mental Health

Sashbear Foundation

DBT workbook I use: Buy it here

I Hate you, Don’t Leave me

BPD for Dummies

(Be careful with books because a lot of them are solely about how to avoid “manipulative borderlines”. F*ck those books. They don’t portray the positive aspects of learning.)

Lastly, if you ever feel too trapped in your own brain you can’t get out please don’t hesitate to call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (I’ve done it. You can do it):

1-800-273-8255

or text HOME to 741741.

If it’s a crisis to you, it’s a crisis to them. They want you to be safe. Nothing is too small to justify reaching out for help.
